The Full Rental Process

Book It
Reserve your trailer and pick your pickup window entirely online, day or night. Choose single day, multi day, or multi week and lock in your rate before you ever set foot on the lot.
Pay & Sign
Pay out your reservation and complete, sign, and submit your Rental Agreement from your phone or computer. This locks in your unit and your pickup window.
Arrive On The Lot
Pull onto the lot anytime between 5:30 AM and 9:00 PM. Complete, sign, and submit your Pick-Up Form on-site to confirm the trailer's condition before you hitch up.
Get Your Code
Once your Pick-Up Form is submitted, you will receive a lock box code for the tongue lock. Punch it in, grab the key, and you are hitched up in minutes.
Return It
Bring the trailer back by your scheduled return time. Complete, sign, and submit your Return Form so we know it is back and in good shape.
Reset & Go
Replace the lock on the tongue, replace the key in the lock box, and you are done. No waiting around for someone to check you out.

Is the process really contactless?
Yes. Booking, paying, and signing all happen online, and pickup and return both run on the same self-service forms and lock box codes, with no one waiting on you at a counter.
What if I cannot sign on my phone?
Every form works on a phone, tablet, or computer, so any device with a browser will do. You can also complete your forms from home before you arrive if that is easier.
What if I lose the lock box code or key?
Call us right away at (501) 443-7999 and we will get you a new code.
Will my vehicle be able to tow the trailer?
Most modern 1/4 ton trucks are capable of towing around 10,000 pounds and all of our units are under that weight. You have to factor in the weight of your load aside from the weight of the trailer and confirm the towing capacity for your truck. We can help you figure out exactly what you can tow when booking.
When are trailer rentals available?
Pickup is available anytime between 5:30 AM and 9:00 PM.
Is there a late fee for returning the trailer?
All late returns will incur additional fees if the trailer is not returned on or before the scheduled return time.
